I keep my caseload small so that I can provide an efficient experience for you. I have open availability for your flexible work schedules. I am available to chat in between sessions through our app. I also send resources, videos, and articles between sessions so that you can get the most out of your time with me.
I keep us focused with clear goals for the work, end-of-session checkouts to see if you're making progress, and sending questions and assignments through the app to help you debrief.

Get To Know Each Other
So we don't bullshit each other, we have to build some trust and get to know a bit about each other.

Review Intake Questionnaire
The intake questionnaire will help guide our conversation to keep us focused in building a treatment plan.

Develop a Treatment Plan
By the end of our first session, we'll start putting a plan in place - however, we'll adjust and add to it as we keep meeting.

The MEUS Way is a plan crafted just for you. As we get to know each other, we build a plan with tools and to-dos that work.

Everyone we work with goes trough a similar process. We start by figuring out what's not working. Then, we try practical solutions to see what works. Once we find the right formula, we start handing the reigns over to you to keep the progress going.

We start our work by getting to the bottom of what's bothering you - the insights.
We focus on understanding you - the way you think, your emotions, any behaviour patterns - so together we can figure out what's working and not working.

We bring you back to the basics like effective communication, flexible thinking, knowing your emotions, setting boundaries, and finding purpose.
It's about helping you rediscover who you are while building a toolkit of practical skills. We try out solutions, mixing things up to find what helps you the most.

As you practice your new skills, we focus on identifying your strengths and reflecting on lessons learned, reminding us to stay on track.
While our sessions may eventually wind down, we're here to keep you connected, focused on your goals, and feeling better with ongoing supports.
